How do I flash a custom ROM using TWRP? Do I just put the ROM in the root partition and choose install?

Sorry, but I can't seem to find a guide for installing your ROMs using TWRP via. Flashify. Could anyone link me a guide/tell me how to install the Mi4c ROM? Many thanks.
