On version 6.1.14 you can read on the changelog "3. After upgrading to MIUI China Developer ROM 6.1.14, Bootloader will be locked for Mi 4c and Mi Note Pro, just like Redmi Note 3." So that's why I asked about this version. No problems with bootloader locked?

Hi, Isn't the bootloader locked for Mi4c in this ROM version? I haven't updated my Mi4c last week because the locked bootloader and now I don't know if I should update with this version or not! Thanks in advance ;)
