MIUI+ (PC remote control)

I have the Xiami13 and I wanted to enjoy MIUI+, but there is no way for it to work. In some forum I have read that it is because our EU ROM eliminates the necessary libraries for it to work correctly. It's true? Has anyone managed to get it to work with our rom?

I installed the 6.2.4 why no recived OTA? I can't do manual install. Thank you
