I tried the exact same steps coming from 7.1.1.0 stable, flashed the current dev version, didn't worked, experienced the same force close when using the older dev versions. (31.12.15/24.12.15) now back to 7.1.1.0. It almost feels like something is blocking the network for these apps. :(
