Went back to 11.0.5.0 (v11-9) because of not working face recognition. Did not check if Titanium Backup works. Yes, I have twrp 3.3.0.0 with encryption support.

Yes, Poco now is encrypted. With Android 9 is was not encrypted. Why do you reject encrypted rom ? Newest TWRP can handle encryption.

This forum section is for stable release. With installed 9.8.15 you are on beta ("weekly") channel. This means, you will get no notification about stable updates.. stable is different channel.

Maybe ask in Poco F1 section? Here is weekly rom section and Poco F1 is not supported for about 3 or 4 months. So I do not think that many Poco users are reading here..
