I am in the same situation as your.... I decided to stay on. Stable rom is at some point "format data". Weekly is well built and my phone is daily operating without issue. Waiting for opportunity for another phone model but nothing really interesting at this time. F3 is still a good deal. Cheeers

I got that issue 3 weeks ago. System don't finish installation . You have no way to open TWRP and reflash the rom. I bypassed it installing via an USB stick. Same file to update and install ENDED well. No issue when updating this rom later. (Up to now..)

Solved it on POCO F3 (same issue and msg) by bypassing install via USB stick. TWRP was blocked at Password check and fastboot install not working on Linux instruction. Everything fine and back after reinstall; no issue with this week update/install.

F3 installed but NOT running: Stay on home screen and any action send msg to wait until device is fully rebooted before opening application. Can not update rom download and TWRP reject my pin pass. Waiting for other advice or comments before redownloading previous weekly. Solved: Redownloaded...

If you want the best, use weekly rom for this phone model. BUT stable rom is acceptable as well. just a way choice to be done.

What are you going to do next, because EU ROM for F3 is fastboot install for weekly Miui14?

don't install it, just boot it (twrp.img) via fastboot boot instruction and install the rom.

reflash stock rom and see what'going on. edit: use miflash!
