Now i have found the problem! It is not neccessary to lock the app or to put in into the Autostart. You have to modify the profile and the permission for the app. I must be set to always active. you can select it for every app.

I have a problem with the playback of Videos. I am only able to see the videos vertically. If i rotate the phone the video rotates completly 180 degrees but not 90 degress. Has someone a hint?
