Edit - Problem Solved. FIX: I dont know if the problem is about the MiFlash v20160401 or about the driver included on this version but with DOWNGRADE to version 20151028 and with the included driver on that version i fixed the problem and sucessfull flashed the mobile. Thanks for the help.

Ahhh i understood. So with MiFlash i can flash ROMS like official Global/Dev/Stable from miui without unblock?

I dont understand how bootloader is locked and the store send me a redmi3 with pre-installed xiaomi.eu ROM... Can someone explain me?

and can i Install directly last xiaomi.eu weekly release? Or i need to do some step before?

Hello I bought a Redmi3 in PowerPlanet and it came with the ROM Stable XIAOMI.EU 7.1.3.0 installed. My question is, if it came with this ROM, my boatloader is unlocked? Thank you
