Multi Rom & Lte In Europe

Hi I have bought Redmi 2A for my daughter in China (2014816) and discovered that there is no "global" ROM for it and what is worst it supports TDD LTE instead of needed form me FDD. Is it a way to install any other global ROM for this model? Is it possible to forse somhow FDD LTE?
