Bug: fingerprint reader does not activate with screen off.
Solution: change option under lock screen "when notifications come and screen is off" to wake screen.
If "animation" is selected then fingerprint does not activate.

Also had a similar experience (trouble) flashing MIUI.eu on to off whatever was on the mi 8 SE when it shipped. I installed twrp through fastboot, but had to format data partition to be able to boot into MIUI10 (stable) after installation.
Have you gotten this working on Mi 8 SE? There's a tremendous lag in the viewfinder after a few seconds of opening the app, which makes it practically useless currently. On MIUI 10.eu stable.
Can we somehow include camera2API (HAL3) automatically for some models? (eg Mi 5) As I think this is a feature implemented into some of the newer models now, correct? Thanks!
Try flashing this zip in TWRP, which I created - it replaces the /vendor/etc/mixer_paths_tasha.xml file, so if you want you can make a backup of it first. It does get overwritten each time you update/flash the MIUI rom though, so shouldn't be a big issue.

Here's what's...
Thanks - I've flashed it, but still experiencing the second issue covered in that thread.
Back camera works perfectly, and front camera is OK when trying to take photo (correct rotation).
However, when I snap a picture, the picture that is saved is upside down. Only with front camera.
Any...
This still requires camera2api fix, correct? I have an issue where my pictures from front camera are upside down, even though it's upright when taking the photo. Otherwise *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* works.
Using MIUI 10 8.9.13, and Arnovas latest suggested *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* with support override set to "ZSL...
When I swapped the navigation buttons location on my mi 5 (back on the left instead of right, menu button on right instead of left), the behaviour of the shortcut for one handed mode broke, kind of.
Dragging from home button to right does enter one handed mode, but the screen minimizes on the...
Hi there,
Thanks for all the hard work you guys have put into the development of MIUI so far.
I did however notice that the icon for Skype for Business still says Lync. Do we have an updated icon available, or the resources for the old icon, so that someone could update it?
Thanks!

Now if we'd only get Notifications to slide open with one finger instead of two - and the same functionality available also on the lock screen (as in stock android).
Great work though! Highly appreciated!
Anyone who has had issues connecting to Wifi after 6.6.16 update? I'm on mi 5 and I can see Wifi just fine, but unable to connect.
