None of them is working... No new keyboard or Hebrew in input languages. RTL is not fixed. T9 dialer in Hebrew? Where? Standard dialer or new app? APNs are there but that's already included with basic MIUI ROM. Did you compile things to one package from iAndroid?

Zip is OK, Install completed successfully but nothing changes... I installed English before this, rebooted and installed yours. Nexus S.
