Switch From Stable To Weekly

Sorry if is a known situation but i searched through forum and Google without answers... I recently used only weekly. eu Roms on redmi 3 and now i'm trying stable version for redmi pro. What i wish to know is the safe way to switch from this stable to the weekly Rom... of cours thanks for this!
