I can't find any of the settings of the cell broadcast. I don't have the option to press the dot's. I get into the screen with VPN, but there I can't go any further. So i cannot set Cell Broadcast on my Redmi Note 3 Pro (Kenzo).

Is there an option to activate Cell Broadcast in the Xiaomi.eu ROM? I couldn't find it and the dutch government is going to send critical alerts through this method and I would really like to receive them. The air raid used here currently is going to be removed an replaced by Cell Broadcasting.

I also wan't to know this. In The Netherlands there was a national test of cell broadcasting, but I couldn't receive the broadcast and after searching, couldn't find the settings here.

Today there was another test, but i also can't find cell broadcast settings in Xiaomi.eu rom. Did you find any solution?

Good job. Normally returning to a global dev or china dev version will allways work. From there on, you can try to unlock the bootloader again and installing a custom rom. With the custom rom, you allways need to check if it is the right rom for your device. Hennesy rom won't work on Kenzo and...

You are sure that you installed the right rom. It sounds like the wrong rom for the device. You have the qualcomm or mediatek version? You should always be able to reinstall the global or chinese dev through this tutorial: http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html

The global rom doesn't have dutch language on it. You can't even select the Netherlands as you country. If you wan't those features, you need to install the xiaomi.eu rom and you need to unlock the bootloader.

I had no problem with a locked bootloader in the last Kenzo updates.

Sorry, my mistake. Hadn't read the problems about android 6.0. Don't know if it was already added there. Just trying to make things clear for myself. I love the work of the team. There is no doubt in that.

HMNote3Pro suspended says now. Is this only suspended for this (couple of) weeks rom release(s). Or suspended forever? Hope to have an update to my phone in the future.

With China DEV or Global DEV you can use the unlock tool. With the uncorrect version of the rom you get the message you get now. Just flash the correct rom from here: en.miui com /download-301.html following the flashing guide they gave there. Still can't post links already, but the above link...
