Yes confirmed since 7.3.9.

No it is not. In 7.3.9 all the software methods to reboot to recovery are not working, so if you are on 7.3.9 you have to use keys combo to go into recovery.

He/she said stable version, it depends on global stable not glibal dev. There is a global stable 8.1.3 since about a month but xiaomi.eu stable is at 8.1.1 yet, while at the same time global stable 8.2 is being delayed for 2 weeks by now.

@robi You have to go to Settings->Applications->Mi Cloud (tap on it) then scroll down to the Permission section and tap on it you will find the permissions required by the applications and what is allowed or denied. Anyway my permissions on MI cloud have ever been fine, it is a bug in global ROM...

Location Can be detected by the phone, less precise though, with mobile data and wifi as well, other than GPS. You have to disable positioning in settings to prevent localization at all.
