    How come my Redmi K40 Pro is identified as Mi 11i under My Device? If EU ROM is based from China ROM, it should be Redmi K40 Pro right? I've read from other user who also noticed this small "bug" if you may call it.

    Security App - Safe to Delete?

    Thanks for the prompt response cubick. For clarification. Freezing means force stop? I'm always clean flashing weekly EU ROMs and I don't mind re-installing and deleting system apps. :)

    I'm not using any of those features of Security app. Is it safe for me to delete them? I'm already rooted and have deleted some "useless" apps but I'm curious whether it may affect my phone if Security app is removed.

    I encountered same problem. What I did is to clean flash. Don't mount system partition in TWRP so that you could format it (I think that's the culprit). I'm now using 8.8.23 without any problem.
