Found V9.1.4.0.NAACNEI in the latest stable version for Mi5. what is the normal update cycle to come up with new build? Also can i request TWRP being updated to 3.2 as well in the EU rom?

are you facing any stuttering or screen tearing issues after some use? my phone boots fine but then start stuttering after some time. tried doing clean install but the issue remains. any idea or similar experience?
