    It's not dead, it is detected by Windows so... With edl mode the screen is black so just try and see what happens in miflash and of there are any errors, post it here. Please use the correct rom for flashing.

    Older version of mauro twrp or the zcx version? It's not clear for me... Btw mtp just works fine here on the Mauro releases also i don't see any reports of the slow mtp upload speed you mentioned. Sure your phone or cable is not the problem?
