Thanks It is because of the previous version of Chinese rom. I flashed with the latest version of global rom, TWRP is not problem with touch screen. Now TWRP requested the password, how to solve this problem. I had tried to wipe the data, but the firmware was stuck on system reboot.

I have the same problem, the touch screen is not responded.
