    I guess you already have an unlocked bootloader? I try boot to twrp from fastboot mode first, then coy files etc, but remember you need to delete or format data immediately u boot to twrp for this to work

    It worked after using the normal Update app and not TWRP, changelog noted

    Didn't work on Mi Note 2, 7.6.8 failed to boot to give the login screen to enter pattern or password.
