    I think there is no OTA update file. You have to download fastboot file and install with fastboot. I've done like this. It works fine.

    I had the same problem. Did you have a global rom installed before? I fixed the problem with installing the last stable 9.5 Rom from xiaomi.eu and then the new beta miui. Play store stopped crashing!
