Is OTA updates available once you're on the EU rom?

I have 12.5.3 installed and I used terminal and fastboot zip to install it. I was just in settings and noticed there's an update to 12.5.7. I thought ota updates didn't work or am I missing something. Cheers

Is the zip or fastboot zip the one which is installed with terminal? I'm on 12.3 and want to update to 12.5 Cheers

I get this error message when double click on macos_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.sh. I have the correct rom it's the mi11 pro_ultra xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Pro_MI11Ultra_V12.5.3.0.RKACNXM_v12-11-fastboot Why can't I install the rom.

Is it possible to load eu rom stable on to Mi11 Pro without having to root the phone. I only have a macbook.
