Make sure that this switch is in OFF position. If "ON" the pill will disappear. I have a Mi 8 too, there is no bug.

Sorry, me too! So we are already five! The auto brightness is no problem for me because I don't use it, but when I unlock the phone every second time ( when the phone was in deep sleep) the brightness is about 10%! Needs a second unlock and brightness is as earlier before!

Confirmed! Mi8! Same issue here. And I thought I'm the only one! Good to know that more devices are affected! ;-) But no problem, waiting for next weekend! :-)

Sorry, my mistake! Last week I installed a brandnew Mi 9se with original global for my wife, that was still in my head! Shame on me!

Sorry, I didn't mentioned before, of course I rebooted, no change. But one question, I changed only the language. Should I also change the region to England?

The same stituation here with my Mi8. My mother language is German. Tried already English but no change. But no problem, I can wait until next week! ;-) Much more happy makes me that Google Pay works again!!! Good job!! :-)

Since yesterday I was very happy with the latest Xiaomi.eu-ROM for Virgo with all its additional functionality. Then I made a big mistake and switched to global stable ROM! :-( Not happy! And I cannot switch back because the Xiaomi.eu ROM is away! Has anyone an idea where I can find this ROM...
