    Privacy concern

If you are concerned about privacy you can better take no Android phone with Play services at all. For privacy it's better to take a Google Pixel and install GrapheneOS.

Max 3 - ARB FAILED question

That command doesn't work on Mi Max 3. And 9.6.12.0 and up have ARB for sure. So just flash EU rom MIUI 10 to avoid bricking your device.

Mi max 3 eu to official

Yes you can, but only the fastboot rom with MiFlash. And only check 'Clean all' if you have a Chinese device.

No, it's not possible to downgrade 10.0.1.0, it has ARB. Besides that, 'Vince' is the Redmi 5 Plus, Mi Max 3 is called 'Nitrogen'.

How to install MIUI OS on my Mi A2 Lite (Androidone)?

It's not possible at the moment, maybe in the future someone ports a MIUI rom. Maybe you can still return your phone and buy a Redmi 6 Pro, that's the exact same phone but with MIUI.

    Mi Max 3. Cannot root!

Maybe you need to flash China fastboot rom first with MiFlash (check 'clean all' bottom right corner) and from there flash Xiaomi.eu and root. I think it's not a good idea to flash Xiaomi.eu directly over a fake rom.
