Found two files for MI8 on STABLE Link at sourceforge: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8_V10.1.2.0.PEACNFI_v10-9.zip (2018-12-11) and on the Top, the "Download Latest Version" file: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8_8.12.13_v10-9.zip Are both files STABLE releases?

The only way to unbrick was consulting s-unlock. now it works. Thanks to Karpfenhai for the tip.

...yes it does relock the bootloader - now it bootloops to Mi-Recovery 3.0 because of "This Miui version cant' be installed on this device".

Hi, I have to go back to Stock Global ROM for testig and then go back again to EU ROM. For switch back to Stock, I have to do it with xiaomiflash, right? Does this relock the bootloader?

Same problem here on Mi 8 with MIUI v10 8.11.23 beta. after twrp recovery the device does not accept the 4 digit unlock code.
