Miui 10.3.2 stable for Mi 8 SE

MI 8 SE: Problem installing TWRP 3.3.0 0423
Hallo friends, I tried installing TWRP 3.3.0-0423. But neither installing the package via TWRP 3.2.3-1102 or flashing it via fastboot works.
