I upgraded to 8.26 from 8.12 this friday, and since then, the phone doesn't ring during any notification like a SMS. I've tried many notification ringtones at full notification volume, but the phone only vibrates. I restarted the phone multiple times, cleared the cache & dalvik cache also a lot...

There seems to be some issue with the FTP server in the file manager, the file transfer gets aborted due to some permissions problem! A solution, anyone?!
