I also have this problem, cleared cache and is working for now. Although it does not allow me with the AI button to talk google voice assistance like it did in previous versions. I will test it again in 1 hour to see if it works. Mine is EN australia

Good to see MIUI 11, works great. Google voice assistant works and OK google is working which is good. Just having an issue installing magisk, has anyone managed to install this successfully, I keep getting an error while trying to install it in twrp so this is the only issue I can find.

Can't remember where I got it from, but I downloaded GPaySQLiteFixv17.zip and I ran that thru twrp and it fixed everything automatically for googlepay
