    its the 1st time when you flash a custom rom ? i dont think so . do the same like you did before , dirty or clean , are the same when you are in the same version ( stable or weekly )only format data when you go to the stable

    dirty flash is ok , then dalvik and cache clear after install , but i always recommend clean flash from the begining .. its my opinion .

    Unused RAM is wasted RAM ;) i prefer to have 2.5 RAM free even with no apps in background opened ;)
