Такая же проблема, откат на 21.3.18 не помог. Как я понимаю либо надо делать полностью чистую установку, либо ждать новой версии. Причём эти лаги начались в воскресенье, а прошил новый апдейт в пятницу. Может опять гугл нашаманил?
