Connection problem on H/H+

Hi, I have a problem with my internet connection. When I am on LTE/4G, there is no problem but if I am on H/H+, I don't have any connection. It is not just slow, I don't have anything. I leave in France and my operator is Sosh on Orange network. My Mi 10 run on xiaomi.eu weekly. I tried on...
