Failed to update Mi 10 Ultra

Dear all, After updating as usual my MI 10 Ultra, the latest "DOWNLOAD WEEKLY 21.5.12" failed to update and device is keep booting to Recovery. Tried to re install the previous version with the same issue, keep booting to recovery. Then, I clean all data, cache etc, same... Then format etc...
