Smart plug ZNCZ05CM doesn't connect to network

I have a smart plug Xiaomi ZNCZ05CM which doesn't connect to network by some reasons. Any ideas ? The WiFi connection is good but fails when is trying to connect the server. Need I to open a specific port into the router ? Might it be a problem with the internet provider ?
