cant use weather app

Hello everyone. I installed the 13.0.6.0 version of Xiaomi eu on my Xiaomi mix4, but my weather APP can't locate it automatically, I need to manually select the city. I don't know if it's because I live in mainland China, so I want to ask if everyone's weather APP can be used normally?
