Buds 3 Pro Settings not showing up

i switched to the Xiaomi.eu Stable MIUI 13 Rom yesterday on my Mi 11 Ultra. On the global Version before i had the option to adjust the settings of the Buds (transparency, anc, etc) but on the eu version now that is missing. Any option to enable the feature? I know the Mi Buds M8 app exists but...
