Download problem

I'm Mi3 W user with latest update ROM. I found out that my Mi3 cannot download more than 2 files simultaneously. Every time I download more than 2 files, the 3rd file just keep loading until one of the first two files finish downloaded. Is it a bug, or can I change the setting?
