UOT Kitchen? Changing bootanimation ? Changing font??

hello, Does UOT kitchen work with this rom? http://circle.glx.nl/ Can we change bootanimation from the recovery (apply a signed zip)? Or i have juste to do this: How to change boot animation for MIUI And the font from the recovery too?? thanks
