Issue with Amazon Appstore

Flashed MIUI last night, downloaded Amazon appstore. When I put in my email and password it said invalid combination. i have reset my amazon password twice since then and made sure i am inputting it correctly and still same issue. never had this before with any rom. Currently running MIUI-1.9.30...
