Updating to new version_Desire

I have updated MIUI from 1.11.18 to 1.11.25 and i'm new to MIUI. After update was downloaded phone restarts and exclamation mark appears. I go to recovery mode and don't know what then. Do I have to do those resets in recovery as when flashing new rom or just chuse option to install zip...
