Lockscreen problem

Hi, Well, i'am french and i am sorry for my very very bad english :) I was flash this lockscreen (http://www.box.com/shared/6gka6654auf3sli9xrcf) on my SGS I9000 MIUI 2.3.7c and it is not working! My phone is locked for 5 hours... Can i create a .zip file with a new lockscreen and flash...
