You said that the Tegra 4 MI3 would no longer be supported since this release, but there is no mention in the notes. Also: would it be a temporary thing or can we expect a solution for the deodex problem? Thank you

I can confirm the same with Mi3 TD here, did same steps. Clean wipe flashed official 4.6.13, flash multilang, hangs on boot logo. I am on official 4.6.13 right now and it works well, even restored the backup made with 4.6.6 multi (after installing google apps with the installer on xiaomi market).

On MI-3 here, even after factory reset I get the browser force close.

Is this ROM deodexed?

The problem i have is that even if i sign the update.zip and flash it in recovery successfully nothing really appens, it doesn't copy the supposed APK files in system/app, something weird is going on here.

Looks good, i just hope they add the option to change the IP Call prefix, i live in China and that function is one of the reasons i use MIUI :)
