Hi! The same happened to me. Take the ROM zip file, unpack the boot.img file to c:\root, reboot phone to the bootloader, choose fastboot with power button, you are getting red "fastboot" , connect usb, than choose fastboot usb. Now run cmd prompt, then type c: and than type fastboot flash boot...
