Whoo... Nevermind, fusion. I've downloaded new CP, localized ControlPanel.apk and MiuiSystemUI.apk, and throw them into the phone - works like a charm!!! Thanks a lot for your work!!! PS: My device is Huawei Ascend D1 PS2: Btw, Samsung i9000 version of CP works on my phone too :)

Doesn't work for me. I took miuiandroid's ROM (original english) and put inside ControlPanel.apk and replace MiuiSystemUI.apk. And get wallpaperless desktop with no statusbar :(

I've taken a look... and didn't find nothing enough clear to me to understand - it's so complicated... :( Can you tell me, please, just one thing: if I copy MiuiSystemUI.apk and ControlPanel.apk into system/app andandroid.policy.jar into system/framework and then set their permissions to 644...

Tried to replace MiuiSystemUI.apk with one coming with ControlPanel... and status bar disappeared. But! While being installed thru recovery ControlPanel (as update-script tells - it does exectly same thing that I do - copy MiuiSystemUI.apk and set perms to 644) everything works fine... Do I miss...

@fusionjack or @lenny_kano Now when I finished with android.policy.jar translating, I'm gonna lay my hands on ControlPanel.apk itself. As I can see there are: MiuiSystemUI.apk, framework.jar, framework-res.apk and services.jar. Do all of them needs translation? Or I can use existing localized...

Ok, I got it!!! No more questions about your mysterious ROM :) Now let me ask you some tech question - I'd like to translate your (or fusionjack 's?) 4-way-reboot for our russian MIUI community and can't do it. I've found the hardcoded strings (like "Reboot phone", "Normal", "Quick", etc)...

@lenny_kano Sorry for my excessive curiosity, but digging into ControlPanel.apk (just for sake of translating it to my language) I've noticed there some tabbed interface is meant to be, and much more settings that I see available (like CPU, Animation, System Info...). I have only Statusbar...

@fusionjack Seems like MD5 issue is fixed now. I've downloaded the zip from here: http://files.miuiandroid.com/2.10.26/miuiandroid_hwu9500-2.10.26.zip and verified the ckecksum - it's exactly as stated: 75071ee83d060dbef84aa1265756784d ... can you take a look once again now? :)
