Howto change "NetworkLocation.apk" on MIUI JLB4.0 (Stabile Build)

Hi guys, i need help on this Network Location issue. I am also based in Singapore. However, after following the instruction below, somehow My Location Service function no longer works on my phone. Can someone show me the link to this NetworkLocation.apk file ?
