I've just tried it and can report the following: Flashing 3.1.19 via Updater App from Sys1 -> Reboot to Sys2 Flashing Lang pack via Updater App from Sys2 -> Reboot to Sys1 Ergo: Updater App seems to flash at least the lang pack like the full rom to the not active partition.
