For anyone having the same problem I had with location, I just removed the file badunetworklocation.apk (or something like that) in /system/app and everything is working as it should!

It didnt work in 3.5.3 until I wiped the phone. But now it is no problem!

qcom_rx_wakelock is my biggest drain, which seems to be something with the WIFI? Anyone know why this is keeping my device awake even though I put wifi "never on" when screen is turned off.

I think the problem seems to be that the phone doesnt sleep all the time when you are not using it. I have a kernel wakelock keeping the phone off sleep for 18 minutes (0f 2 hours since charge). Which doesnt seem normal?

Is it the same camera-app in Miui and Stock?

From my one week experiance :D JBL and Miui-android have similiar battery life. Comparing to other users are pointless since everyone have different coverage, different lighting (autobrightness different) and different apps installed.

I would say signal is a little bit better than my HTC One S, but do not expect miracles, it is average I guess. Living in central Stockholm I never had any problem with either of them.

I'm using my MI2 with Swedish carrier Tele2.

I will answer my own question, it seems like having the WIFI on makes the device never go to sleep. And always being connected. Which use alot of power..

I got alright battery-time on my phone, but not as good as I thought it would be. Using gsam I see that kernel uses about 11.3% of battery, and have a 2 hour wakelock since I started the phone (about 7 hours ago). This seems quite strange, doesnt it? Any suggestions what could be wrong?

Thanks for this thread, I was about to order from Aliexpress but now I ordered from ibuygou instead. After seeing how badly they handle dispute I will probably never order via them. So it is their loss being loussy :P
