    Not only swiftkey, all paid apps from Google Play (mounted on /mnt/asec/) crash after remove USB storage. Xiaomi never fixed this bug...

    Exactly. You can find tons of threads in this forum about this issue. If you need notifications in real time, I suggest you to switch to other ROMs based on stock android or cyanogenmod.
