The latest rom .. note 2 I wanted to use control panel and disable scrolling cache but the prjoect is discontinued -.- If you could help me it'll be great

Hey how are you doing miui fans .. I'm new to miui and I'm in love with this rom I like everything about it .. But I'm facing minor problems .. launcher is a bit laggy notification bar is laggy scrolling is kinda slow .. i reverted back to stock it is so smooth nothing's wrong with my phone ...

Guys i falashed the rom correctly i know what am dong but some transition effects are too laggy on my note 2 .. and when anyone calls me the phone shows that someone is calling me but it rings after 4 seconds and the rom is kinda and laggy overall why it is slow ? Please answer me am in love...

guys i flashed miui rom it is great looking rom everything is working fine but the transitions are a bit laggy .. am i the only one who is facing this bug ?!
