Checked .. unchecked ... tried playing with SuperSU after checked, after unchecked - still not working

Still problem - no root after flashing last 3 releases s2 i9100 - tested on 3 devices now - same problem.

So finally had to factory reset + downgrade to 4.4.18 - seems the most stable at this point - video from gallery not working being the most obvious bug ... sad times

Tried cleaning caches, re-flashed philz kernel, then siyah, finally got Root working - but the freaking MiHome crashes is ... really bad whenever I try flashing an older version the phone app stops working I get a quick error on start and that's it ...

So 2 HUGE bugs on i9100 : 1. Root is gone after flash. 2. MiHome constantly crashes please fix - phone is pretty much unuseable like this ... Really unhappy that i Updated this week

hope they translated the menus for changing ringtones etc - as it's all in Chinese (thank god I started learning Chinese :P)

Sad :( A pretty snappy device still. Actually the only reason I stick with official builds is the lack of original camera in the AOSP builds ... I guess will have to stick to v5 then. Until I change phones that is.

Any idea which devices will be getting the v6? i9100 namely? :P

a lot of things seem to be in chinese (on the english version) ... in themes - when setting ringtones ... when I say ringtones- also sometimes some files do not show up in the menu to chose the ringtones ... maybe ability to select files from file explorer?

I was initially happy with the flashy new security centre ... however it detected adaway as a virus!! although I am sure it is not. Then after having it removed I had to flash the rom a couple of times, then manually push the apk to data and fix permissions to install it again - and now will...

DND mode works during the actual ringing - however when the ringing ends - the phone flashes and shows notification - not quite the DND I was expecting. i9100

I know the answer is different framework ... however this does not solve the missing features of the SGS2 :)
