Hello , successfully ported a MIUI V5 but i have a bug, my notification are locked in "hide notification" and i cannot edit it.. what can i do? Is there anyway to edit the settings.apk to find how to unlock the feature to manage notifications?

Hello , i explain my problem . I have 2 Miui rom . One crash when unlock for sim pin (reboot system) . Other not (but have a lot of other bugs). I want to port the Sim Pin Unlock from one to other , wich files i need to copy? Can you explain in deep way? Thank you so much , for the help!
