yes, i confirm that this twrp method (2.5 version) it's fully functional on a wcdma hongmi device. the interface is friendly enough to cope with throughout all the needed operations (nandroid backup, as well).

thank god, it really does! i'm using twrp 2.5 and, after testing here and there around, i usually recover my wcdma hongmi in approx 170 secs (for a 1.2gb nandroid backup). so immensely helpful this recovery tool!
